What is the Hairstory returns policy?
You can obtain a refund or exchange for Hairstory products within 60 days of purchase. It is worth mentioning that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, the company does not offer refunds on an original purchase if it has already been exchanged or previously replaced.

Can I get next day delivery at Hairstory?
Unfortunately, Hairstory doesn't offer next day delivery. All UK orders are sent through Royal Mail and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. Any orders placed after noon will be shipped the next day, and first-time customers with full registration can get free delivery on their first order. All subsequent orders incur a £4.25 flat fee.
Is there a Hairstory price match policy?
