Kristin Cavallari's ex Jay Cutler has finally sold their marital home years after finalizing their divorce while she is currently enjoying a getaway in Greece with her new boyfriend.

The 41-year-old former Chicago Bears quarterback has sold the sprawling 10,000-square-foot property for $7.9million in an all-cash sale according to TMZ on Monday morning.

However, this comes after he slashed the price over $3million as he originally listed the home for $11million in March 2023.

It is not all bad news as he still made a profit off as he originally purchased the property on 10 acres of land for $4.23million in June 2018 with the 37-year-old reality star.

They later expanded the estate by buying an additional 35 acres of land for $1.2million.

It is quite the impressive home as it boasts seven bedroom and ten bathrooms while sitting on 45 acres of land in the celebrity conclave of Leiper’s Fork just outside Franklin, Tennessee.

Other stars who live in the area include Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman; Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel; country music stars Faith Hill and Tim McGraw; plus Wynonna and Ashley Judd.

The home was featured on their E! reality show Very Cavallari which aired over three seasons from 2018 to 2020.

The home comes complete with incredible amenities including a gym, sauna, and even a recently added pool house.

Situated an hour's drive from Nashville, it features hardwood floors, rough-hewn ceiling beams, reclaimed wood plank paneling and traditional ceiling molding.

One year later in 2010, she was given tickets to a Chicago Bears preseason game and was introduced to the athlete and the duo began a romance soon after.

They dated for 10 months before he proposed to her in April 2011; they called off their engagement in July but reunited by December of that same year.

They tied the knot on June 8, 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee; they announced their split in April 2020 and their divorce was finalized in June 2022 after 10 years together.

He played on the Bears from 2009 until 2016 and one year with the Miami Dolphins in 2017; After 11 seasons in the NFL, Jay announced his retirement from the league in 2017.

Kristin and Jay are parents to sons Camden, 11, and Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, eight.
